The room was comfortable with a thoughtful workspace, but the AC/heater unit was a bit noisy. the location worked well for our daily activities, although it was a bit secluded. the breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub during our 5-night stay. Unfortunately, our plans changed last minute, and we couldn't fully experience the hotel amenities. Despite the hiccups, the convenience and amenities at Best Western Firestone Inn & Suites were notable, and I appreciate the efforts made by the staff to make our stay pleasant.
